180 consecutive days minimum to qualify for this rate. Pay posted monthly rate first four months; then we prorate difference for 5th & 6th month to = $390/month.

Annual lease rates on select lots starting at $3,200.00 / year

Minimum 3-year lease.
All motor homes subject to approval.

If additional persons occupy the unit, guest fees apply.

10% Discount on daily rates.

Discounts on Rally Groups of 10 or more.

Reservations are not required, but recommended for winter visitors.

Credit Card required to hold any reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

Daily & Weekly Cancel 48 hours prior to visit, no charge. Cancel inside of 48 hours, $25.00 processing fee.

Monthly Cancel 30 days prior to visit, no charge. Cancel inside of 30 days, $50.00 processing fee.
