$375.00 / month + electricity (prorated)
180 consecutive days minimum to qualify for this rate. Pay posted monthly rate first four months; then we prorate difference for 5th & 6th month to = $375/month.
RESERVATION REQUEST FORM
- Rates are based upon two persons per space.
If additional persons occupy the unit, guest fees apply.
(Extra Person: $2.00/day or $50.00/mo) - 10% Discount on daily and weekly rates.
(Good Sam and AAA only). - Discounts on Ralley Groups of 10 or more.
- Tax included on all montly rates.
- Reservations are not required, but recommended for winter visitors.
- Credit Card required to hold any reservation.
- Cancellation Policy:
Daily & Weekly Cancel 48 hours prior to visit, no charge. Cancel inside of 48 hours, $25.00 processing fee.
Monthly Cancel 30 days prior to visit, no charge. Cancel inside of 30 days, $50.00 processing fee.
